Dear Valued Customers and Partners,

As the nation continues to see more cases of the COVID-19 virus, and taking strong and necessary action to prevent further infections, we want to assure you that Colo Atl is fully prepared to continue providing our customers with the best possible service. The ongoing safety of our employees also remains of the utmost importance.

Colo Atl’s Tenant Family

In response to the global pandemic, businesses have encouraged employees to work from home. Some of our customers have reached out to make sure we are prepared for the influx of bandwidth required to accommodate remote employees. Colo Atl tenants can be assured that our team is fully prepared, onsite and ready to support all of your mission critical network needs and business continuity plans at this critical time. Now more than ever, our team remains dedicated to providing the best possible service and keeping customers up and running. If your business has additional needs during this time, please let us know and we will do everything we can to accommodate you.

At this time, Colo Atl tenants will continue to have 24/7 access to our data center, but we ask that our customers consider rescheduling nonessential work to a later date as we continue to follow social distancing recommendations. For those who need to access the facility, we request that you use extra precautions and rigorously adhere to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s hygiene practices, including washing your hands before entering the facility and upon leaving. If you’re sick or at risk of having been exposed to COVID-19, we ask that you send another individual in order to ensure the health and safety of our employees and more than 110 tenants who access the facility. All individuals who seek to enter the facility will be asked to sign a disclosure stating that they have not been susceptible to COVID-19.

In alignment with our commitment to provide uninterrupted service, our on-site staff will continue to assist with any remote hands services during regular hours of operation at no cost to our customers and tenants, which will further ensure a safe and secure environment.
